This online store is operated by Patyya LLC. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and provide clear shipping information before customers complete their purchase.

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Box addresses.

Please provide a complete physical delivery address when placing your order.

Some products or orders may qualify for free shipping where shown on the product page or at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, address issues, high-volume periods, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, or other suitable shipping providers, depending on the product, order size, destination, and carrier availability.

A tracking number will be provided when available after your order has been shipped.

6. U.S. Fulfillment Locations

To support order fulfillment within the United States, orders may be shipped from one of our U.S. fulfillment locations depending on product availability, order size, delivery destination, and warehouse inventory.

Please note that the shipping location may vary by product and inventory availability. These locations are used for order fulfillment and may not accept customer returns unless we specifically confirm the return address in writing.

7. Freight Shipments

Large, heavy, or oversized items may ship by freight.

Freight shipments may require additional processing time and a valid phone number for delivery coordination.

Some freight deliveries may be curbside delivery only. If special delivery services are requested or required, additional fees may apply.

Please make sure the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery before placing an order for large or heavy items.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including contact name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number.

Address change requests made after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or inability to receive the shipment, additional reshipping costs may apply.

9. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order after payment has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@beseacone.com.

We will do our best to stop the order before it ships, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

10. Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, please contact us at sales@beseacone.com. We will review the order status and provide available tracking or delivery information.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may not qualify for free cancellation or free return unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by Patyya LLC.

11. Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@beseacone.com.

Please provide your order number, photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any relevant delivery information so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Please do not dispose of the product, packaging, shipping label, or pallet packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

12. Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact us before sending anything back.

Please do not send returns to our business address, fulfillment locations, warehouse addresses, or the sender’s address shown on the package unless we specifically confirm the correct return address in writing.

Returns, refunds, replacements, return shipping costs, and refund processing times are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
