You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return eligibility and return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

1. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at sales@beseacone.com. Please provide your order number, return reason, and photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a suitable solution based on the situation and this policy.

Step 3: If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on the package or to any address unless we confirm it in writing.

Step 4: Return the product using a trackable shipping service if a return is required.

Step 5: After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 2–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

2. Reasons That May Qualify for Free Return or Replacement

After verification, the following situations may qualify for a prepaid return label, refund, replacement, or another suitable solution:

- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was sent
- Product does not match the description
- Quality issue
- Missing parts or accessories

Please provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, SKU or product number where available, and the issue you are reporting.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

The following situations are considered change-of-mind returns:

- You no longer want the product
- You ordered the wrong item or quantity
- The product does not meet your personal expectations
- You found another product after purchase
- You changed your mind after receiving the order

For change-of-mind returns, the product should be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by Patyya LLC.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by Patyya LLC.

4. Situations Not Covered by Free Returns

Free returns may not apply in the following situations:

- Delivery delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
- Change-of-mind returns
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect handling, or user error
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products returned to an incorrect address
- Products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not properly packaged, unless the issue was caused before delivery

If a manual is missing or unclear, please contact us. We may provide an electronic manual, installation guidance, or other available support where applicable.

5. Product Warranty

If a product includes a specific warranty, the warranty information will be stated on the product page or provided with the product.

Any warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification, incorrect handling, or user error.
